Greetings from from your Freedom Fighter in Occupied Territory...
During this week, I've made several posts on Facebook with regards to Chris Dorner. Several of my conservative friends got mad at me for assuming that I supported all of Dorner's actions. Nothing could be further from the truth! As I stated in a post on Facebook, I am a Libertarian... This means that I'm not conservative, though I often support their views. In order to return to a libertarian rule, you have to get there through conservative means. I did support his actions against the LAPD though, because if anyone is familar with the LAPD or any CA Law Enforcement agency, you know how bad they can be. I've seen the abuses from both sides of the badge, but I wasn't in a position to be Frank Serpico... But, I've been a vocal opponent to corrupt Law Enforcement practices. I'm often quick to point out things that I notice the cops are doing. I'm going to piss off my conservative friends yet again, but I've got to say this... There are many of you that are supporters of Law Enforcement, and Law and Order. As such, you're insulated to some of the excesses of Law Enforcement. A lot of you assume that because the cops are constantly somewhere, it must be a bad area. Or, how people are constantly under Law Enforcement scrutiny because of their actions. Nine times out of ten, you would be right, but it's that tenth time where you see things as they are. How many times have the cops just forced their way into someone's house without a warrant? In CA, every day! In Sacramento for example, as soon as you open the door, the cops often force it open as soon as you open the door. Their justification? They'll claim exigent circumstances... the problem with that, is that like the truth, it can be hyper-extended!!! How many people have been murdered by Law Enforcement in the last few years in CA? I don't know the exact numbers, but I know it's a large number! Do they ever get prosecuted? No, they don't, and they should...
Now, back to the blog. As you all know Chris Dorner, former Police officer with LAPD, and Naval Officer... May have been killed in a pitched battle with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. The cops killed him... Period, end of statement! Why do you think they killed him? Maybe he had some evidence against them, and had to silence him permanently. Until they're able to ID the corpse they found, he's not dead. As for the wallet they found, isn't it convenient that his wallet survived the fire? I thought that the cabin had a basement or was raised on pedestals? If so, there'd be plenty of air circulation, and everything would've been burned beyond recognition. And the fire... I've seen structure fires, and usually they burn with either white or grey smoke. That one, burned with black smoke. Whenever something burns black like that, an accelerant is used. Too many things that make you go hmmm...
What's my point? My point is that we as a community, need to stand up to this aggression now, peacefully... Start the ball rolling, force the changes to happen! Law Enforcement is incapable of policing itself, so we need to get more citizens involved with observing Law Enforcement in action, and help change policy. They don't want to change, so we in the community need to change them! But, the question is: will they honour their oaths of office, and protect the community from the Feds? LE is not your friend, and contrary to what their PAO says. Make no mistake about it, when the Feds finally repeal the 2nd Amendment, the cops will come, and they look forward to it! I spoke with a few deputies with Clackamas Co. Sheriff's Department, and asked them. Only one deputy declined to answer, stating that we don't get into politics while on duty.
Another deputy, probably a detective, said that if the order came down, they'd do their job... I asked him then, if they felt if people would stand against them; he said probably, but they had contingency plans to deal with them (a la Dorner...). I told him, when they do, they should be prepared to deal with trained combatants engaging them. He didn't think that was a problem. I then said to him, he shouldn't be so cocky, because even the best laid plans often go to hell during the first 5 minutes of contact. They're terrified of dealing with real warriors! And, with all of the guys and gals returning home from Iraq and Afghanistan, there's going to be a lot of combat vets... No wonder Napolitano called us possible terrorists!
How will we deal with this threat? First off, we don't hole up anywhere where they can burn you out.
Second, you need to organise into cells, and stash weapons there. You'll need explosives, anti tank weapons, ammo, and kit. You need to get as physically fit as you can. You need to familiarise yourself with small unit tactics, fire and manoevre warfare. You need to familiarise yourself with how to use explosives, and how to use various weapons systems. Why? Because, when the time comes, you and your cell will have to operate independently from other groups, and you're going to have to bring unconventional warfare to them when the time is right. As it stands now, not everyone is supporting Law Enforcement. And, with agencies getting block grants from DoD and weaponry from them, they're only going to get more brazen and arrogant! I've asked this question before: when the time comes, will you stand against a tyrannical regime, or will you just be content to accept the decrees of a tyrant? I'm not going to surrender to them... but then again, I'm not going to war just yet! The time is almost upon us, and those in Law Enforcement will be made accountable to the communities they're sworn to protect and serve. And, I wouldn't want to be them when the community rises against them!!!

Civil War... can it happen again?
Greetings from a freedom fighter in Socialist Occupied Territory!
Civil war... wow! We've come this far, and now the term is being heard more now. Does this scare you?
The former Marine in me isn't scared, but is in fact, looking forward to it! But, the father in me is terrified of this prospect! I've been trying to educate my children on current events, but it would seem that they're being willfully ignorant. Then again, they're in California; education has gone downhill to the point of avalanche!!!
Things have gone downhill since the coronation of the Dear Leader, and will only get worse.
During the reign of the Clintonistas, there were murmurs of war back then. Especially after the whole Ruby Ridge fiasco. Granted, Randy Weaver is an unrepentant white supremacist, but he still has rights under our constitution! His kids and wife shouldn't have died, and his son should've gotten a medal for defending his mother! The ATF and FBI shooters in this whole affair should've been prosecuted. But, because they're federal law enforcement officials, they're of the opinion that they're exempt from prosecution! Lon Horiuchi, the FBI sniper that killed Weaver's wife, I believe was finally charged with voluntary manslaughter. Sadly, the Feds intervened, got the charges dropped, and the State of Idaho didn't bring up the charges again.
Back to the possibility of civil war... will it happen? Hell yes, it will!!! Why? Because the Federal Government under Comrade Barack, has usurped the Constitution on several occasions. He's used his so called Czars to implement his agenda, bypassing Congress! He's issued so many Executive Orders whenever Congress failed to move his agenda forward, that he's in violation of the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution. It's no wonder that people haven't pushed for impeachment sooner! Especially all of the birthers!!!
People, don't worry about the war! War isn't the thing we have to worry about! What we have to worry about are those out there that have gone out of their way to advance an agenda that isn't American! I've heard so Leftists say that we're a centre left country; not true... we're centre right!!! They say that we want nationalised health care... I beg to differ!!! We don't want it, nor do we want Obamacare!!! Do we want gun control? They seem to think so! They think they know best how to live our lives than we do! Soon enough, they're going to find out the hard way, how we feel about their designs for our nation!

Will the UN get their agenda passed this time?
Greetings from Occupied Territory...
In March, the UN will bring up for a vote their insidious Arms Trade Treaty(http://www.un.org/disarmament/convarms/ArmsTradeTreaty/). Now, the question is... will they get it passed there? The answer is yes, they will! They'll get it passed in their body, but will the U.S. Senate ratify the treaty? Among the majority of the Democrats in the Senate, the liberals will vote to support the ratification of this. But, how many Republicans will support this? There's a good possibility that the Republicans and a minority of Democrats aren't going to support it. But, will this kill this law? Probably not, because the Dear Leader will just use Executive Fiat to order it passed.
There have been several in the House that said they'd file Articles of Impeachment if he tries it. Will they have the testicular fortitude to do this? The delegation from Texas have already said they would. We can count on the delegation from Wyoming, Utah, and Montana. Hell, we can even count on some of the delegation from California to support those willing to file! In spite of what most think they know about California, California is probably the reddest of the Red States! But, you'd never know it from how loudly the idiots from LA or from the Bay Area scream! As someone from California, I can tell you that California is very conservative! It's more purple than either blue or red...
The whole State of Jefferson started in California, and southern Oregon bought into it... But, I digress!

The UN and Socialist International are going to expect results soon, and the Dear Leader is working hard to do this as I speak. How can we, simple Americans, combat this kind of tyranny? Simple... but it's going to take some difficult choices on your part!
Step 1. You have to come to the conclusion that the U.S. Government has been compromised to the globalists. As of late, our government has been involved with some questionable actions involving the UN, and I find this trend rather disturbing. There's been a move towards global governance, and this goes against everything that our Founding Fathers stood for! Perhaps you've heard of the government at all levels getting involved with sustainability issues, and smart growth? This is all part of the UN's Agenda 21, the smart growth initiative. There's nothing smart about this, nor is there any growth to speak of. In fact, it encourages the exact opposite of growth... it seeks to take away from you, your very rights to own private property!
Step 2. You have to say to yourself, that enough is enough! This is the beginning of political actualisation; where you realise that all you've been lead to believe has been wrong! Things that teachers were teaching you in school about the Constitution (the contradictory things like how the Founders were bad...), the USA, and the environment. It then becomes your responsibility to unlearn all this enculturation (for a better understanding of what enculturation is, read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enculturation), and strive for a better epistimology (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epistemology), or a better way of thinking!
Step 3. Choose to take a stand against tyranny! Now that you've done the first two steps, this is where you have to ask yourself: where do I stand? If you're like me, you're mentally and emotionally prepared to do whatever it takes to stand against this! But, I'm also prepared to do more than the average person is willing to do. I'm prepared to make the ultimate stand against tyranny, and put my ass on the line once again in defence of an ungrateful nation! I'm not going to be alone in this struggle, for there are thousands of like minded people out there! If you don't believe me, all you have to do is look at Facebook to see what I'm talking about!
The sad thing about this whole ordeal is that this struggle isn't going to be an All American affair; oh no! Make no mistake about it, the Socialists worldwide have been working behind the scenes for the last 100 plus years to make their Socialist Workers' Paradise a reality! They've been following the Trotsky playbook, reading Marx, masturbating to Mao, or preaching Alinsky!!! No matter what they believe, they're going to come here to finalise their conquest! But, thousands of people like me, have chosen to stand with for the Constitution. As for our military, they will also stand with their brothers in arms, and fight for America!

Is this the twilight of our beloved Republic?
Greetings from the Authoritarian Socialist Pacific Northwest!!!
Due to the spate of recent "massacres" here, it would seem that the vocal minority of authoritarian socialists feel empowered and emboldened to action! With the theft of the election by Comrade Barack the Dear Leader, they feel that now is the time for the destruction of our Republic by any means necessary. So now, we have what appears to be the unification of all the diverse Leftist groups under the banner of gun control movement. They're not going to stop until they've repealed the 2nd Amendment. And, the Dear Leader has threatened to do something next month. The question is: what is he going to do? He's been known to use his executive fiat to bypass Congress to usurp the Constitution, and I'm thinking that he might do just that. If he does this, he's in direct violation of the Constitution, and will be subject to impeachment for his actions. But, will the House have the testicular fortitude to bring up Articles of Impeachment against him, and will the Senate have the testicular fortitude to convict him?
I have been telling everyone that I know that war is all but imminent here. But, it would seem that it has fallen on deaf ears. It would also seem that the Dear Leader also wants war, but why? I've come to the conclusion that he thinks that if war happens, he can institute martial law and further usurp the Constitution. One small problem: there's no love lost between him, law enforcement and the military.
What will they do if he orders the 2nd Amendment null and void? Will they follow orders, or will they stand down and stay out of this fight? If they do, I feel that the Dear Leader will attempt to enlist the help of the UN. If they do, I'm certain that this will galvanise patriots, all patriots to action. The Dear Leader has sent word, through his agents, to start the confiscation already through buyback programs.
Where are they getting the money from? Could it be that our recent financial issues stem from the whole LIBOR scandal? Could it be that the vast Left Wing conspiracy finally has enough power and resources to take us down? They seem to think so.
Leon Trotsky at one time during his exile in Mexico said that the US was an armed camp, and that ownership of firearms is prized, and skill with the firearm was valued. He then said that the communists couldn't confront us directly because we'd destroy them. But, he also said that they needed to surround this country with hostile neighbours (Mexico, Cuba, Canada, and the rest of Latin America...). Then, distract us with politically pointless issues (Abortion, gun control, environmental issues, gay rights, animal rights, and the plethora of liberal issues...). And finally, like an over-ripened fruit, we'd rot from within... destroying ourselves. Is what's happening now, the end game of this Trotskyist plot? Yes, it is...
You're probably wondering, can we recover from this, our darkest hour? I say, yes we can! How?
Simple... We keep working within the system, discrediting the Left. They believe they have a monopoly on the media. The only thing they control is TV and print media; they don't control the Internet or radio. But, they're trying to gain control of both of those as we speak. The other thing we do to counter them, is to do to them what they did in Egypt... Use the tools of socialist revolution to destroy the socialists! If we can't do this, what else are we left with? Civil war. Like Trotsky before had said "not believing in force is the same as not believing in gravity..." So, to those that feel war isn't the answer, guess again...
Again, using Trotsky's example: "The depth and strength of a human character are defined by its moral reserves. People reveal themselves completely only when they are thrown out of the customary conditions of their life, for only then do they have to fall back on their reserves..." What do you think that he was saying? I think he was telling us that we don't know what we're capable of until we're tested. And, ladies and gentlemen... this is the test! Do we have the intestinal and testicular fortitude to fight for our country? There are many that do, and I count myself as part of that number. The thing you now have to ask yourself is: do I count myself as part of this number? Are you willing to do what is necessary to save your country from this socialist nightmare? If you do say yes, you'll be no better than those that stood up when they signed the Declaration of Independence. But this time, you'll be signing your Declaration of Independence from government intrusion!

Tragedy at a mall...
Greetings from occupied Socialist territory!
On Tuesday, the unthinkable happened at Clackamas Town Centre (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/12/11/clackamas-town-center-shooting_n_2280786.html). Some Portland dipshit named Jacob Roberts (http://www.oregonlive.com/clackamascounty/index.ssf/2012/12/clackamas_town_center_shooting_41.html), walked into the mall, went up to the food court, and opened fire... He fired 60 rounds, and succeeded in killing 3, including himself. He also managed to wound a 15 year old girl. He was said to have been armed with an AR-15, and wearing a load bearing vest filled with magazines. The miracle of the situation was that his weapon managed to jam, and he was unable to clear it in time to shoot more people. He finally managed to clear the weapon long enough to do Clackamas County the courtesy, and shot himself!
Who was this guy? His name was Jacob Roberts, and he was 22 years old. He recently broke up with his girlfriend, and started to sell off all of his worldly possessions! That should've been the first clue that something was wrong... This is usually the first sign that someone wants to end it all. Getting things in order is another sign. I'm curious if they found a suicide note or not... What's funny in this whole affair is the fact that his friends had no clue that he was going to do this, and that he had stolen an AR-15! Again, thank God that he didn't have full knowledge on how to properly use this weapon!
The weapon in question is an AR-15. In the hands of a trained person, this weapon can be devastating! If you're familiar with fields of fire, fire discipline, and other combat tactics, death to the enemy is all but certain.
But, in the hands of an untrained person, you're probably going to do more harm than good! The shooter's ultimate demise was the malfunction of the weapon due to jamming. He didn't know how to clear the weapon, and paid for that mistake with his life. In the Marine Corps, they train you extensively and exhaustively on how to use that rifle! They teach you how to clean it, how shoot it, how to disassemble and reassemble it blindfolded! Hell, they even tell you to give your weapon a name! By the time recruit training is finished, you've cleaned your rifle countless times, and you know the weapon intimately inside and out!
And, the one thing that they train you on is the most important: immediate action drills!
When your weapon malfunctions, you perform immediate action. There's a whole set drill you do to a mnemonic known as SPORT Fire... 1)S is for slap up on the magazine. 2)P is for pull the charging handle.

I don't know about the Army, or how they conduct this drill, but I do know how the Marine Corps does it. I left Boot Camp in November of 1987, and I still remember how to do this! I'm just glad, as are others that were that day, that he didn't know how to perform this drill!

Then, he started shooting at people... discharging a firearm within the urban areas is kinda frowned upon, so there's another! So, let's see, how many did he violate? By my count, at least 3, but who's counting? And now, the opportunists want to enact another assault weapons ban, but here in Oregon? Good luck with that here!

So, what have learned here today? We've learned that the Regressives are vultures, opportunistic scavengers that can't wait to feast on the dead of a new tragedy! We've learned that gun control laws only work on the law abiding. And, we've also learned that government can't legislate morality! No matter how many new laws you enact, the criminal will make it his mission to usurp the laws that you enact to "protect" us!!! Do us a favour, and don't enact anymore laws!!! If you must do something, why don't you repeal the crap laws that don't work, or leave us alone to live our lives!!! Just saying!
On Tuesday, the unthinkable happened at Clackamas Town Centre (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/12/11/clackamas-town-center-shooting_n_2280786.html). Some Portland dipshit named Jacob Roberts (http://www.oregonlive.com/clackamascounty/index.ssf/2012/12/clackamas_town_center_shooting_41.html), walked into the mall, went up to the food court, and opened fire... He fired 60 rounds, and succeeded in killing 3, including himself. He also managed to wound a 15 year old girl. He was said to have been armed with an AR-15, and wearing a load bearing vest filled with magazines. The miracle of the situation was that his weapon managed to jam, and he was unable to clear it in time to shoot more people. He finally managed to clear the weapon long enough to do Clackamas County the courtesy, and shot himself!
Who was this guy? His name was Jacob Roberts, and he was 22 years old. He recently broke up with his girlfriend, and started to sell off all of his worldly possessions! That should've been the first clue that something was wrong... This is usually the first sign that someone wants to end it all. Getting things in order is another sign. I'm curious if they found a suicide note or not... What's funny in this whole affair is the fact that his friends had no clue that he was going to do this, and that he had stolen an AR-15! Again, thank God that he didn't have full knowledge on how to properly use this weapon!
The weapon in question is an AR-15. In the hands of a trained person, this weapon can be devastating! If you're familiar with fields of fire, fire discipline, and other combat tactics, death to the enemy is all but certain.
But, in the hands of an untrained person, you're probably going to do more harm than good! The shooter's ultimate demise was the malfunction of the weapon due to jamming. He didn't know how to clear the weapon, and paid for that mistake with his life. In the Marine Corps, they train you extensively and exhaustively on how to use that rifle! They teach you how to clean it, how shoot it, how to disassemble and reassemble it blindfolded! Hell, they even tell you to give your weapon a name! By the time recruit training is finished, you've cleaned your rifle countless times, and you know the weapon intimately inside and out!
And, the one thing that they train you on is the most important: immediate action drills!

Greetings from The Socialist Pacific NW...
I can't even begin to tell you how disgusted I am right now! I should do this more often, for it would seem that I have attracted some attention from outside sources. Not negative attention mind you, but someone wanted me to write for them. I sure wish they'd contact me now! I'd really be interested in doing this full-time! Anyway, since I've lived in Oregon, I've discovered that this state is ran by liberals; no surprise there, most states are being ran into the ground by them! I've also discovered that the libs here pride themselves on tolerance... uh yeah, right! Do they even know what that word means? Probably not, but let's go with that!
First, they say that they want minorities and women treated fairly. Okay, this sounds good on paper, but how about in practice? Who's rules are you using to define your fairness, yours or those are considered socially acceptable in mixed company? When I say mixed company, I'm referring to liberals and conservatives, working together... unlikely, I know... but I can dream, right?
If we go by socially acceptable rules, then the best qualified person gets the position, regardless of race, creed, colour, sex (I refuse to use gender; not a real word, but a constructed word used to purge the language of thoughtcrime... sex refers to what you are, as well as roles in society; gender is a PC word, whose use is suspect at best... just use sex!), religious preference, or sexual orientation. If you have the right qualifications, and they like you... well then, good for you! But, if we used the libtard rules, then those things I described earlier, have been flushed down the toilet! Here in Oregon, libtards have preconceived opinions about everything, especially race. I don't know about you, but I'm a Latino, and my experience is unique. I have an Anglo father, and a Latina mother. I have my father's last name, and I don't sound like a Latino (stupid question: what the hell is a "Latino" supposed to sound like? I mean, really... what do "Latinos" sound like? All the ones I know sound different!). Plus, I'm educated in a field that "Latinos" don't normally get into.
You're wondering what field, right? Well, I'm a computer science major, and I've attended Stanford University, San Jose State University, Kaplan College, American River College, and a couple of VoTechs along the way... I don't speak with a Spanish accent (I think this is what they mean by sounding Latino... whatever, I'm from California, and I've heard Latinos with Southern drawls...), and I really despise when someone attempts to speak Spanish with me. Please! Don't! I expect this from Mexicans, because I look like them; to them, I'm Mexican-American..., I speak Spanish, though not as fluent as I'd like. But, what irritates me more than anything, is when an Anglo comes up to me, and speaks Spanish to me! Now, if you're from Spain, or learned Spanish in Spain, that's okay! But, don't condescend and try to speak to me... you may not like what you hear from me! I've been known to respond in German, French, or Japanese; people don't know how to react to that! Except once; I had a Frenchman speak Spanish to me, and I responded in French! He responded back to me in French, and wanted to know where I learned to speak French with such a good accent! We chatted it up for a couple of minutes, then he left! Now, he wasn't trying to be offensive, he's proof, that you don't have to be condescending if you're Anglo.
Back to what I was saying about Oregon... I had applied for a job at the University of Oregon, and I had submitted all the documents I needed for the position I applied for. I received a letter in the mail a month later, stating that I wasn't being considered for the position, and thank you for applying. I looked further into this, and found out that they terminated my application... Why you ask? Because, they felt that I was being dishonest on my application! Really? Where? Well, they finally said that it was because they felt I was being dishonest on my EEOC paperwork. Remember that preconceived opinions thing I spoke of earlier?
This is what I mean; they felt that there's no way that I could be Latino with an Anglo last name, and speaking with accentless English! Well, I do have an accent, but it's from California... I've been told from people up here that I sound like I'm from California; really? Wow, I wasn't aware that I had an accent beyond my American English accent! Whenever people up here hear me speak, they're often blown away that I sound the way I do... for they thought that I would sound like I was a Mexican, and would be unable to speak clear English! I get this all the time up here, and it irritates me to no end!
So, now you have an idea why I'm so irritated; I'm looking for work, and the powers that be are doing everything wrong with regards to the economy! Unless they forcibly remove their craniums from rectal defilade, I feel that oxygen deprivation will starve their already small brains of the oxygen needed for higher brain function!

Greetings from the Pacific Northwest...
I'm unemployed (at the moment...), and I'm not asking for any handouts. I'm going through a divorce, I'm trying to recover from my ex-wife's economic sabotage, and my kids hate me because I left. I have over $17,000 in student debt from college, but I'm paying it off slowly but surely!!! I have married my High School sweetheart, and I've been happy! Now, if only we could get the idiots from Portland to stop screwing up Oregon!!!
